John, a proud U.S. Marine veteran, founded the business with a simple goal; to provide honest, reliable comfort solutions for families and neighbors across South Jersey. In the early days, it was just John in the field handling every service call and Stacie in the office keeping operations running smoothly. Together, their teamwork and dedication built the strong foundation that Davis Heating & Air stands on today. Beyond running their family-owned business, Stacie is an active volunteer and passionately advocates for dogs without homes, dedicating time and resources to local rescue efforts. While John is an avid outdoorsman who loves spending time in nature. At its core, Davis Heating & Air remains a reflection of its founders; loyal, hardworking, and committed to doing what’s right for every customer they serve.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Harry Hatcher brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to his role as Service Manager at Davis Heating & Air. Harry’s career began humbly as a helper, where his dedication, work ethic, and eagerness to learn quickly set him apart. Through years of hands-on experience and continuous growth, he worked his way up to become a trusted leader within the company. Harry is highly skilled in every aspect of HVAC, from diagnostics and repair to the latest efficiency technologies. He takes great pride in staying up to date with industry innovations, ensuring Davis Heating & Air remains at the forefront of comfort solutions. Outside of work, Harry is a devoted family man who values spending quality time with his loved ones. He’s also an avid soccer player and lifelong fan, bringing the same teamwork and passion from the field into everything he does for our customers and team.

As Office Manager at Davis Heating & Air, Garrett Brood plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while ensuring both customers and team members receive the highest level of support. With extensive experience in team motivation and efficiency, Garret knows how to bring out the best in everyone around him. His calm demeanor and steady leadership bring a sense of peace and professionalism to any situation. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Garrett isn’t afraid to wear many hats; whether he’s coordinating schedules, assisting customers, or stepping in wherever he’s needed. He takes pride in going above and beyond to deliver the quality service that defines Davis Heating & Air. As the Marketing Coordinator for Davis Heating & Air, Ian Coffey brings creativity, strategy, and heart to everything he does. With an extensive background in marketing and brand development, Ian focuses on creating a unique footprint for the company; one that highlights the family values, trust, and craftsmanship that define the Davis name. His goal is to ensure every customer’s experience with Davis Heating & Air is unforgettable from start to finish. Grounded by a strong faith and a constant drive to become the best version of himself, Ian approaches his work with integrity, optimism, and dedication. Outside of the office, Ian is a National Honor Student who values family and close friends above all else. He volunteers weekly at his local food pantry, giving back to the community he’s proud to serve. In his free time, Ian enjoys playing guitar, staying active in sports, and collecting Nike SB Dunk Lows.
